Who we are
JET & TRAVEL is a publication of VAUDERIVE, the Swiss luxury group. Data-protection contact details will be published following legal review.
What we collect
This is a static editorial website. We do not operate user accounts, analytics trackers, advertising profiles, or a newsletter database. We collect personal data only when you choose to share it: if you email us, we receive your message, your email address, and the technical headers your mail provider attaches. Standard web-server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) are processed to keep the site secure and running. Your browser stores your consent choices locally on your device (see Cookie Policy); that storage never leaves your device.
How we use it
We use correspondence only to respond to you. We use server logs only for security and operation. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling. We disclose personal data only where required by law.
Cookies and storage
We set no first-party cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. Typefaces are hosted on our own servers, so reading this site makes no third-party font requests. We embed no social widgets, video players, or advertising networks. The only storage we use is your consent choice, kept in your browser's local storage for 12 months. Legal bases (EU/EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and we process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Consent choices are stored on your device on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via Cookie Settings.
Your rights in the EU, EEA, and UK
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Your rights in California
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. If you are in Switzerland, the Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) gives you the right to information about processing of your personal data and related rights of access, correction, and objection.
Global Privacy Control
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: where we receive one, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and to decline optional advertising technologies.
Data retention
Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Server logs are processed only for security and operation. Consent choices persist on your device for 12 months or until you change them.
International transfers
Our publication operates internationally. Where correspondence or logs are processed outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
This publication is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
